The Webdale sun hat.

Made in Luton bedfordshire from Natural wheatstraw plait. sewn into a hat shape then blocked and finished using our 100 year old restored hat manufacturing equipment. continuing a long tradition of Luton straw hat making.

Machined using our antique "17 guinea" straw braid machines. Then blocked on our antique Luton "pedal hat blocking press" and finished by hand. The perfect sun hat to proudly support British industry in style.

This hat gets its name from the former Luton hat manufacturer "J J webdale and sons"

All our hats are named after Ex Luton Hat manufacturers.

Finished with Elastic sweatband and grosgrain ribbon.
